The Endeavor Air Operations Control Center (OCC) is the nerve center of the airline, where the development of each day’s operating plan and the management of daily flight operations take place.
Through constant communication and coordination of information, dispatchers help ensure the safety and efficiency of our operation. Endeavor dispatchers utilize the same technology as their counterparts at Delta Air Lines.
Crew Coordinators overlook the daily operation of the airline as it applies to crew members and play an important role in ensuring that Endeavor provides a reliable, efficient, and — above all else — safe service.
The Maintenance provides technical oversight and coordinates the repair of aircraft, makes decisions associated with maintaining scheduled operations and works directly with operation side of the Operations Control Center.
