- $101.50/hr first-year starting pay rate

- 75-hour monthly guarantee

- Per diem pay of $2.20 per hour while on assignment

- Same commuter policy as Delta Air Lines pilots

- Unassigned flying can be picked up at 150% pay

- 100% Deadhead Pay and 100% Cancellation Pay

- Front-end Alternate Deadhead Pay

- Customs Pay, Trip & Duty Rig

- Third-year Captain pay rate of $162.88/hr

- $20,000-$40,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying experience

- Up to $110,000 in retention bonuses after Captain upgrade while you wait to advance to Delta
