AMP is designed to help prepare you for a successful maintenance career at Endeavor or wherever your career path may lead you.

The only requirement for participation in AMP is that you are an A&P student at one of our focus schools. You must also be willing to share your contact information with us. We do not require a formal commitment or signed agreement, nor are you required to accept a job offer with Endeavor.

Students who are part of our AMP program are also eligible to receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus when they accept and start a job as an Endeavor Air technician.
