CREW COORDINATORS
Crew Coordinators overlook the daily operation of the airline as it applies to crew members and play an important role in ensuring that Endeavor provides a reliable, efficient, and — above all else — safe service.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate efficient utilization of pilots and flight attendants as well as day-to-day attendance tracking;
• Communicate with crew members regarding schedule changes and assist with their schedule questions or issues;
• Ensure each flight is staffed with a legal Crew per federal regulations, contractual guidelines, and company policies;
• Work in a fast-paced environment that requires teamwork, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask.
