THE OCC
DISPATCHERS
Through constant communication and coordination of information, dispatchers help ensure the safety and efficiency of our operation. Endeavor dispatchers utilize the same technology as their counterparts at Delta Air Lines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain accurate system flight information
• Provide constant flight monitoring and communications for assigned flights
• Review weather, maintenance data, and crew resource factors to develop effective operating plans
• Coordinate with multiple departments, stations, and personnel to maintain operational control and ensure flow of information
• Provide operational support to flight crews, such as flight planning, weather, fuel, and alternate airport information
