My school isn’t affiliated with Propel. Can I still apply?
If you currently have a conditional job offer (CJO), your status remains unchanged. If your school is no longer affiliated with Propel, you can still apply; however, priority will be given to candidates who received their flight ratings and are instructing at Propel affiliate schools.
How can I stay engaged with Propel team before I'm eligible to apply?
Students can join the Propel Talent Community before they are eligible to apply. By joining, you can engage with the Propel and Endeavor teams through campus events and Propel newsletters to stay informed about the program. Key factors include maintaining a solid training record, actively engaging with the Propel Talent Community, demonstrating strong decision‑making and leadership skills, and building meaningful relationships with the Propel and Endeavor teams.
