Endeavor Air and Delta Air Lines have integrated our recruiting and pilot selection activities under the Propel brand, streamlining the journey to a Delta career. Propel offers a defined pilot career path for college students and CFIs who aspire to fly for Delta Air Lines.
In partnership with Delta, our team will support you throughout your entire journey. Through Propel, we offer a pilot career path to students at U.S.-based universities with flight education programs accredited by the Aviation Accreditation Board International (AABI), and graduates of select affiliate flight schools. Students can apply for Propel once they meet eligibility requirements.
The application window will open at the end of March 2026.
We take pride in selecting the most competitive pilot candidates. The following qualifications significantly enhance an applicant’s strength in our hiring process:
→ Education & Certification
∙ Graduate of an AABI‑accredited flight program or Propel affiliate flight school
∙ Within 8–12 months of achieving R‑ATP/ATP minimums
→ Flight Experience
∙ CFI experience at an AABI‑accredited university or Propel affiliate flight school
∙ Strong, consistent training history
→ Recent Flight Activity
Competitive applicants demonstrate strong recent flying, including:
∙ Flight hours accumulated in the past 12 months
∙ Flight hours accumulated in the past 3 months
