DELTA PROPEL

Through the Delta Propel Collegiate Pilot Career Path at Delta Air Lines, college students at select universities enjoy a streamlined path to the Delta flight deck through Endeavor Air.  Successful Propel candidates will receive a Qualified Job Offer (QJO) at Delta and a Conditional Job Offer (CJO) to Endeavor Air. They will then move to Delta Air Lines through Endeavor’s Career Advancement Program (CAP) after completing their flight training.
