Congratulations on being a 2025 Endeavor's Elite honoree! Each year, the Endeavor’s Elite Annual Employee Awards program recognizes and celebrates members of our organization whose contributions and achievements are truly “elite.” You have gone above and beyond in the course of your work to demonstrate outstanding performance, make significant contributions to our mission, and uphold our core values.
The event will take place Thursday, October 2, at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
2025 Endeavor's Elite honorees, Endeavor Air Officers and Directors. Each 2025 Endeavor's Elite honoree may also invite one guest to the celebration. Managers and nominators of honorees are also invited to the event.
The event will include a welcome reception and awards presentation. Following the presentation, there will be an "after party" to continue the celebration.
Yes! Honorees and guests who will be traveling from outside of Minnesota will be provided with positive space air travel to and from MSP.
Hotel accommodations will be provided for all honorees, including those who live in MSP.
Please note that event check-in will take place at the InterContinental Hotel MSP Airport. All honorees and guests will be shuttled to the stadium from the hotel; parking at the stadium will not be available.
More information will be provided after we receive your event RSVP in order to coordinate transportation. Please note that earlier responses will yield better flight availability.
When you complete your RSVP form, you will indicate your preferred airports and flight information. We will then reach out to you to coordinate times and provide flight options, if available. Please note that earlier RSVPs will yield better flight availability for you and your guests.
Hotel confirmation numbers will be sent the week prior to the event.
We encourage you and your guest to wear cocktail or semi-formal attire.
As part of the celebration and awards presentation, we create videos highlighting each honoree and team to showcase their contributions. The Corporate Communications team will reach out to you as well as your colleague(s) who nominated you in order to coordinate a time to capture video footage. We will also take a professional headshot to include in the event program book.
All honorees will receive a lapel pin (provided by your manager), a crystal award, and 100,000 Endeavor's Elite points. Your name will also be inscribed on a placard and installed in an Endeavor aircraft to fly for the next year.
When bidding for the month of October, please bid to be off duty on October 2 and 3. If you are scheduled to work, work with your manager to modify your schedule.
When returning to the airport, you can use the hotel shuttle or use the hotel's on-site TSA checkpoint for carry-on travelers from 5am-10am.
Event check-in will begin at 4:00 pm at the InterContinental Hotel MSP Airport. Shuttles will depart at 4:30pm to U.S. Bank Stadium.
Shuttles will begin returning to the hotel from U.S. Bank Stadium at approximately 8:30 pm and 10:00 pm.
Honorees and guests are also invited to a complimentary breakfast buffet at the InterContinental on October 3 from 7:30-9:30am.
